A corpus of over one hundred million words of modern British English; consists of 4124 spoken and written texts (complete smaller texts, and extracts to a maximum of 45000 words from single-author texts); "modern" means late twentieth century: imaginative texts since 1964 and informative texts since 1975. This is the freely-available BNC search interface that has been created by Mark Davies at BYU.
