Kanopy Alternate Titles: Kanopy Streaming Use the RED log-in button (LOG IN TO UBC) not the black one (Log In). PLEASE READ: UBC access to Kanopy videos is currently being mediated by UBC Library staff. Only videos for course use requested by faculty/instructors will be activated at this time. Requests for access to videos can be sent to koerner.reserve@ubc.ca. Kanopy is an on-demand streaming video service for educational institutions that provides access to more than 26,000 films each year. Kanopy works directly with filmmakers and film distribution companies to offer award-winning collections including titles from PBS, BBC, Criterion Collection, Media Education Foundation and more. Users can create an account on Kanopy, Facebook or Google to create playlists and save film clips. |
