Access is available to all residents within British Columbia via the "Points to the Past" Portal HERE.

Nineteenth Century Collections Online is a multi-year, global digitization and publishing program focusing on primary source collections. Content is full-text searchable. Archives published in the program include works in Western as well as non-Western languages and are sourced from rare collections at libraries and other venerable institutions from around the globe.
