My NCBI update - Sept 2021: My NCBI is in the process of transitioning from NCBI-managed credentials to federated/3rd party credentials, which can be linked to an existing My NCBI account (FAQ). UBC researchers are encouraged to use ORCID credentials to log in to My NCBI. ORCID enables transparent and trustworthy connections between researchers, their contributions, and their affiliations by providing a unique, persistent identifier for individuals to use as they engage in research, scholarship, and innovation activities. Other federated sign-in options include Google, Microsoft, and Facebook.

Minimum browser requirements

Premier biomedical database with over 30 million journal article references. Freely available and includes MEDLINE.
