    Description FSTA, developed by the IFIS International Food Information Service, the world's leading food science and technology research database.

    FSTA indexes 2,000 international journals, 1,000 patent records, books, reviews, conference proceedings and legislation. Contains 500,000 records with abstracts and adds about 18,000 references per year.

    FSTA provides citations with abstracts in all aspects of food science, food products and food processing, including biotechnology, economics, marketing, legislation and packaging. An on-line thesaurus is available to help you put together a good search statement.
