The majority of the collection consists of unique manuscript material but it also includes newspapers, printed ephemera, artwork, maps, and photographs. When completed it will comprise two modules:

  • Settlement, commerce, revolution, and reform: 1493-1859
  • Civil War, Reconstruction and the Modern Era: 1860-1945 (no access)
