Online access to the Census Data section of EPS China Statistics, including the following six databases:

          (1) China Agriculture Census Database

          (2) China Basic Units Census Database

          (3) China Census and Population Sampling Survey Database

          (4) China Economic Census Database

          (5) China Industrial Census Database

          (6) China Tertiary Industry Census Database

Coverage begins with the First Census (1953). Additional Census data is added as it becomes available. The databases allow creation of charts and maps as well as formatting and simple analysis. Data can be individually selected and downloaded in various formats: Statistics (Excel), charts (JPEG), maps (Excel, PDF, JPEG).

 Access open only to UBC students, faculty, staff and on-site Library users (other restrictions may apply)
