Produced by Behavioral Measurement Database Services, the Health and Psychosocial Instruments (HAPI) Database provides access to evaluation and measurement tools designed to facilitate health and psychosocial studies. The measurement instruments available include questionnaires, checklists, index measures, rating scales, project techniques, tests, interview schedules, and a variety of other means of evaluation.  The Behavioral Measurement Database Services website includes its newsletter that focuses on issues concerning measurement in the health and psychosocial sciences.
