PAO offers  access to the international scholarly literature of the humanities and social science disciplines from 1802 to 1995. UBC has access to the first  six PAO collections representing the complete runs of about five hundred periodicals. (Their  print equivalent would take up over a mile of shelf space).  Around 20% of the content is non-English language content. PAO collections are complementary to JSTOR collections.

 Access open only to UBC students, faculty, staff and on-site Library users (other restrictions may apply)
