PsychoEducational Research & Training Centre Test Library Alternate Titles: PRTC Use of materials in the PRTC Test Library is restricted to qualified UBC students and faculty. The PRCT Test Library contains standardized tests, assessment instruments, reference materials and other resources. Anyone can search the catalogue of PRTC Test Library holdings, however, use of the materials in PRTC Test Library is restricted to qualified UBC faculty and students. Typically, "qualified" refers to instructors of and students enrolled in particular courses in the Faculty of Education.
