The TSX/CFMRC database is a product of the TSX Group, which includes the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, TSX Markets and TSX Datalinx. CFMRC offers the academic community a comprehensive information package containing historical market data for common and non-common equities traded on the TSE and the TSX.

Data includes: Opening price, Opening Bid, Opening Ask, Closing Price, Closing Bid, Closing Ask, High, Low, Return, Transactions, Volume, Outstanding Shares, Quote Changes, and TSE/TSX Index Data.

The Windows-based interface is easy to use and provides access to daily and monthly data for all common and non-common equities traded on the TSX. The database can be searched by ticker or name, and includes a feature that allows for tracking of ticker codes that have changed over time. Data can be graphed or saved as a .lst file that can be opened in Excel.

Use for: researching historical stock prices and other corporate financial data for TSE and TSX-listed companies.
